Throston Ward β Community Engagement at Ward Jackson Bark πΆπ |
||
|
Yesterday, PC Connor Bide and PCSO Graeme Handley were in attendance supporting the Throston ward at the Ward Jackson Bark event at FC Hartlepool, in aid of Alice House Hospice. It was fantastic to see so many members of the public out enjoying the day with their four-legged companions, while also raising vital funds for such an important local cause. The event had a brilliant atmosphere, with a fun dog show, stalls, games, and activities for all ages. The event was also supported by our Dog Section, and we hope members of the public enjoyed the display and the opportunity to see and learn more about the police dogs that attended. Officers spent time engaging with the community, speaking with residents, and of course meeting plenty of friendly dogs throughout the day. One particular highlight was meeting this gorgeous pup, who took full advantage of a unique photo opportunity on the police vehicle! πΎ Unfortunately, in all the excitement, we didnβt catch the pupβs name β so if this is your dog, please let us know so we can give them the credit they deserve! Thank you to everyone who came along and supported the event, and to the organisers and volunteers who made it such a success.
